All hair orders are processed on a pre-order basis to ensure the highest quality and preparation for each customer 🤍

For collection please allow 3-5 working days.

During busy periods, bank holidays or launches, delivery times may vary slightly.

If you purchase your hair from us for an installation appointment with LKhairlounge, you will receive 50% off your install.

To be eligible for this offer, you must purchase either:

• One full wig unit, or
• A lace frontal/closure plus 3 bundles
• 3+ bundles

If you would like to collect your unit please select COLLECTION at checkout.

Please note:

• All collections are available after the 5-7 working day delivery window
• Collection days: Monday – Saturday
• Collection times: 11:00am – 6:00pm

Returns Policy

Due to hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns on hair products that have been worn, used, or handled, as we are not able to resell used hair.

Returns will only be considered if an incorrect or faulty item has been sent. In this case, clear photographic evidence must be emailed to us within 72 hours of delivery.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few working days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please carefully review and confirm all order details before placing an order.
