hey I'm I’m Lydia, the founder of LK Hair & LKhairlounge

What started as a passion for beauty and hairstyling quickly became something much bigger. Over time, through consistency, creativity and a genuine love for making women feel their best, LK Hair was created with the vision of combining confidence and quality all in one experience.

For me, hair has always been more than just styling, it’s about the feeling that comes with it. The confidence after a fresh install, the excitement before an event, the conversations during appointments and the connections built along the way are all part of what makes this journey so special to me.

Refund policy

we do not offer Refunds 

Due to hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns on hair products that have been worn, used, or handled.

Returns will only be considered if an incorrect or faulty item has been sent. In this case, clear photographic evidence must be emailed to us within 72 hours of delivery.

If your return is approved, you will be provided with the return address.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few working days.

Exchanges

 We do not offer exchanges. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and confirm all order details before placing an order.

Shipping & Delivery

Pre-Order & Delivery Information

All units are made available on a pre-order basis. Please allow up to 2 working days for order processing, followed by 5 working days for shipping. Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days from the date the order is placed. Please note that stated working days exclude public holidays. During holiday periods, processing and dispatch times may be extended. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next working day (Monday). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, which can be used to monitor the progress of your delivery. While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery timeframes are provided as estimates only. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the courier and is outside of our control. For this reason, we strongly recommend placing orders well in advance of any scheduled appointments or events. We cannot accept responsibility for courier delays or reimburse shipping costs in the event of delayed delivery.

International Delivery

For EU orders and all international destinations outside the EU, please allow 10–14 working days from dispatch to receive your order. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause additional delays. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


LKHAIR Install Offer

Clients who purchase their hair from us for an installation appointment with LKhairlounge are eligible for 50% off their install service. To apply this offer, please select PICK UP or COLLECTION checkout. Then please WhatsApp or Email us with your appointment date and time. This allows us to retain your hair securely in-house and have it prepared in advance of your appointment. Eligibility requires the purchase of either one full wig unit or one lace system with three bundles.


Collection Option

Clients who wish to collect their unit should also select PICKUP/ COLLECTION at checkout. Collection is available after the 5–7 working day delivery period. Collection days are Monday to Saturday, and collection times are 10:00am – 6:00pm. Before attending, please contact us via WhatsApp on 07309746141 to confirm your collection.

Terms of Service

LK Hair – Terms & Conditions

By accessing our website, placing an order, or booking a service with LK Hair, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or purchasing from us. These Terms are governed by UK law and applicable consumer regulations.

1. Orders & Acceptance

By placing an order with LK Hair, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, orders cannot be amended, cancelled, or changed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before completing checkout.

2. Pre-Order Basis

All hair products and custom units are sold on a pre-order basis to ensure quality and preparation for each customer.

Please allow:


  • 2–3 working days for processing

  • 3–5 working days for shipping

Estimated UK delivery time is approximately 5–7 working days from the date the order is placed. During busy periods, launches or bank holidays, delivery times may vary slightly.

As pre-order items are prepared specifically for each customer, orders become non-cancellable once processing has begun.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. Once orders have been dispatched, they are handled by third-party couriers and are therefore outside of LK Hair’s direct control.

LK Hair is not responsible for delays caused by:


  • courier services

  • customs processing

  • weather conditions

  • public holidays

  • incorrect shipping information

  • other unforeseen circumstances

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are advised to place orders well in advance of appointments, holidays or special events.

4. International Orders

International delivery timeframes may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes or import charges associated with their order. These charges are not covered or reimbursed by LK Hair.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or refunds on hair products that have been:


  • worn

  • installed

  • customised

  • altered

  • handled after delivery

Returns will only be considered if an incorrect or faulty item has been received. Any issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with:


  • clear photographic evidence

  • order number

  • description of the issue

If approved, return instructions will be provided. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few working days once the item has been received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Customers are responsible for ensuring all order specifications, lengths, textures and lace options are selected correctly before placing an order.

7. Appointment Bookings

All appointment bookings require a deposit in order to secure the selected date and time. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced styling time, additional fees or cancellation depending on the delay.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in a no-show fee and future bookings being declined.

8. Hair Preparation & Install Policies

Clients purchasing hair from LK Hair for their appointment may receive exclusive install offers, priority preparation and customisation services.

Hair for appointments should be ordered in advance to allow sufficient preparation time before the booking date.

LK Hair reserves the right to refuse installation services on hair that is excessively damaged, poor quality, heavily altered or unsuitable for the desired style result.

9. Product Information

All wigs are created at approximately 200%–250% density to achieve a full, luxurious finish. Bundle fullness and appearance may vary slightly depending on lengths and textures selected.

10. Website Use & Disclaimer

All website content is provided on an “as available” basis. While we aim to maintain accurate and updated information, LK Hair does not guarantee uninterrupted website access or completely error-free content.

LK Hair shall not be held responsible for indirect losses or damages resulting from website use beyond direct purchases and services.

11. Intellectual Property

Any customer content shared with LK Hair may be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

12. Limitation of Liability

LK Hair shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services or website, except where restricted by law.

13. Updates to These Terms

LK Hair reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Term
